Jennifer Lopez can’t resist eating junk food.
The singer - famous for her voluptuous curves - works hard to stay in shape when she has a new project to promote, but satisfies her calorific cravings when she has time off.
Jennifer told Cosmopolitan magazine: “If I’ve got a movie or an album to promote, I’ll work very hard to stay in shape for those few months. But I eat McDonald’s every now and again, and go through phases where I don’t exercise at all.”
“Even though I always try to eat healthily, I’ll often allow myself a nice treat, like a chocolate-chip cookie - I just won’t eat the whole packet!”
“If I’m putting on pounds, I tend to be more careful what I eat but I don’t do anything drastic. I’ll eat a little bit less and exercise a little bit more.”
“Also, I’ll work out with my trainer twice a week and eat more fish and steamed vegetables but I’ll still eat carbs.”
“Food is a great gift in life - it’s there for us to enjoy.”
HOLLYWOOD - Victoria Beckham has launched a stinging attack on funnyman Eddie Murphy, branding him a “Beverly Hills C**k.”
The Spice Girl is still furious with the actor for dumping her bandmate Melanie ‘Scary Spice’ Brown while she was pregnant with his child and later questioning the baby’s paternity.
In footage taken from her upcoming reality documentary, whose name—Victoria Beckham: Coming to America—plays on the title of one of Murphy’s classic movies, she adds she’s not afraid to wreak revenge.

Murphy was named as the father of Brown’s two-month-old daughter Angel Iris last month.
Mark Ronson is a ”lightweight” drinker compared to his friend Amy Winehouse.
The 31-year-old producer - who masterminded several songs on the British singer’s worldwide hit album “Back to Black” - admits the notorious hellraiser can easily out-drink him when they go out.
He said: “I’ve been out drinking with her a couple of times in London and New York. But because I’m more of a lightweight, it’s usually me who’s being peeled off the couch!”
However, the DJ claims that, despite her wild reputation, Amy is always the “voice of reason” at the end of the night.
Mark replied: “I wouldn’t say she could drink me under the table, because I’ve never been under the table, but she’s usually the voice of reason at the end of the evening.”
